Cancellation and Refund Policy




1. General Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational content. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel their course enrollment and request a refund.

2. Cancellation by Learners Self-paced Courses:

You may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
No cancellations will be accepted once a certificate has been issued.
Live/Instructor-led Courses:
Full cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the course start date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable, but you may request a reschedule or course credit where available.

3. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any platform fees, taxes, or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.
In case of course bundles, partial refunds will not be granted unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation by Instructors or Platform If a course is cancelled by the platform or instructor, enrolled users are entitled to a full refund or free enrollment in a similar course.

5. No-Show or Incomplete Participation Failure to attend or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptions may be made for medical or personal emergencies, subject to documentation and approval.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable) Monthly or yearly subscription plans can be canceled at any time.

Refunds for subscriptions are not issued once the billing cycle has started unless there is a platform error or service outage. br
